Our own products

We build our own products with the same machinery we offer clients — the same pipeline, the same gates, the same standard. It keeps us honest: every practice we recommend is one we live with ourselves, including the inconvenient ones.

Products for organisations

ServiceOS (under development)

A cloud-native business operating system for organisations that sell expertise rather than goods — consultancies, engineering and professional-services firms, training providers, legal and tax practices. The work these businesses run on has the same shape everywhere: engagements, people, time, deliverables, billing, and the reporting that ties them together. Most end up assembling it from half a dozen vendor tools that were never designed to meet, and spend years paying for the gaps between them.

For service organisations that want one coherent system instead of a stack of subscriptions, each solving a quarter of the problem.

We are building it for ourselves first. It will run this company before it is offered to anyone else's — which is the only product test we fully trust.

Kassandra (in design)

Most business trouble announces itself before it arrives — in a supplier slipping by a few days, a margin drifting a fraction each month, a customer whose orders have quietly thinned, a queue that never entirely clears. The signals are almost always there. They are just scattered across systems, reports and people who each hold one piece of the picture and none of them the whole.

Kassandra watches them together — operational, financial, commercial — raises what is forming while it is still small and still cheap to answer, and pairs every warning with what could be done about it. An alert that arrives without a suggested response is just anxiety with a timestamp.

Named after the one who saw what was coming — built so that, this time, the warning gets heard.

For leadership teams who would rather hear about a risk while there is still time to act on it — and for the people below them, who usually saw it first and had nowhere to put it.

Products for a wider audience

We also have a small fleet of products in the making for a wider audience. They are not part of what we offer organisations, and each will be introduced on its own account when it is ready to stand on it.

Why this page exists

A supplier's standards are easiest to judge on the work they chose to do for themselves, where no client was watching and nothing forced the issue. Our products carry the same delivery discipline, the same gates and the same security posture as anything we build for an organisation — and when they fall short, we are the ones who find out first.

If one of these is close to something you need — or you would rather have your own version of it — that is a conversation worth having.
