What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address and message — nothing else. Nothing is stored on the site itself: your message is transmitted by our email provider and arrives in our mailbox, where it is handled like any other correspondence.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

Solely to answer your enquiry. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not share them. The basis is your own request: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns working together, and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in replying to someone who wrote to us — in any other case.

Retention

An enquiry stays in our mailbox while it is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards — long enough that a conversation can pick up where it left off, short enough that nothing lingers without a reason. Enquiries that turn into work are kept instead with that engagement's records, for as long as the contract and the law require.

Analytics cookies

Analytics runs only after your consent, can be declined without losing any functionality, and can be changed later from the cookie policy page. It is provided by Google, which means the data may be processed outside the European Union. Your choice itself is stored in a strictly-necessary cookie.

Statutory disclosures

The company and partner details shown on the company-information page are published to meet a statutory disclosure duty of Greek company law; the legal basis for that publication is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to us through the contact page and we will deal with it. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr), and you do not have to raise it with us first.
